A GREATEST HIDDEN PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION TECHNIQUE FOR SELF ACTUALISATION THROUGH SOLVING PERSONAL PROBLEMS FINALLY REVEALED

We live in the mecca of seminars and educational programs. But, not even the highest level of training in any field can improve our capacities if one has any suppressed and unresolved emotions from past negative experiences, self-defeating patterns, or self-limiting beliefs, because these self-sabotaging subconscious barriers are blocking success in achieving significant productivity in life.

FAIR Techniques work on emotional, cognitive and energy level.

You will experience the powerful transformation, not only throughout cognitive insights (and they are plenty of them), but, through profound emotional alteration that takes part in this exercise in a matter of minutes.

  • This is not a motivational, inspirational or otherwise “fluffy” seminar.
  • Rather, it’s a hands-on learning process where you are coached to learn methods and then apply them right away, solving subjective issues, and even treating family, friends.
  • This method transforms lives forever... one of the rare methods on the market that addresses the causes of the problems instead of consequences, creating stress and a drama free environment. When there is no cause, there are no consequences.
  • Methods are light, fast, practical, dignified (no cathartic states or large emotions outbreaks), confidential (you may choose not to disclose your issue and still integrate emotional and energy charge from the issue), and can be practiced by anyone who completes the workshop/webinar (and follows step by step instructions).

  • WHAT MAKES F.A.I.R. TRANSFORMATIONAL TECHNIQUE DIFFERENT?

    1. The technique is efficient and fast - neutralization of bad memory from stress or trauma can be achieved in just one treatment (maximum seven treatments). This technique saves time and money.

    2. The technique is easy to learn and can be applied by almost anyone who can follow the process.

    3. In the technique, only the key contents are presented, there is not much of a story telling - this is not a traditional process of clinical psychology, where we discuss topics.

As Nikola Tesla stated: “Every time you talk about something, you feed it with new energy, so that the story / trauma grows, develops and not only is the old energy still present, but it becomes even more empowered, stronger and more installed in our psyche. "

  • HISTORY F.A.I.R. TRANSFORMATION TECHNIQUES

This technique was created "accidentally" when Tatjana Milana educated others in PEAT techniques. The technique was born from a combination of different methodologies, based on the original version of Slavinski's Basic PEAT and other psychological practices. At the time, some seminar participants suggested that Slavinski's Basic PEAT method was too similar to some of the NLP techniques. Then Tatjana made changes to the original versions, added new clinical elements as a written protocol - and that is now a new technique. Tatjana removed the acupressure points used in PEAT techniques, so F.A.I.R. transformational technique is based more on the integration of elements of clinical psychology, such as goals, intentions, beliefs, gains and losses, identifications, other points of view, etc.

  • RESULTS: ADDITIONAL ENERGY

After each treatment, a person receives additional energy that is released through the integration of repressed emotions, beliefs, goals, intentions, etc ... Suppression of emotions takes away a lot of energy. Chronic fatigue, our obsession with external stimuli and supplements are largely the result of this repression. Repression consumes energy. The effort to keep suppressed content in the unconscious mind is like the effort to keep a floating object under water; we use energy to restrain the energy of repressed elements. When the repressed material is released, we can experience the memory of lightness and freedom - and strength, because the energy we expended through the effort to suppress is now available for some nicer things.

  • REFUSAL, RESISTANCE, DENIAL AND NON-ACCEPTANCE

“Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.” - Carl Gustav Jung

We all see ourselves in the best light. "Am I angry?", "Aggressive?", "Jealous?". "Never !!!". "God forbid ... I'm the best version of myself ever at all times." We all hide our emotions from time to time. Sometimes you will have clients who state that they have no personal problems. Then ask them, is there something that drives them crazy with other people in their environment? And then you get a serious list of topics to work on.

Only when we acknowledge that an emotion or thought exists can we take steps toward a solution. For example, if we deny the ability to be selfish, towards others, and so towards ourselves, so are others express selfishness towards ourselves (everything comes from within example: you know when you want to pay, then everyone competes over who will pay; a when you won't, then no one takes out the wallet). .

  • IT IS USEFUL TO UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUPPRESSION AND REPRESSION

SUPPRESSION / PUSHING is a conscious choice not to engage in a particular thought, feeling, or action. "Don't indulge" means that we are aware of a thought or feeling, but we decide not to dwell on it (internally, continuing to think about it), - nor to express it (externally, acting in this way). We usually suffer because of the inappropriateness of the impulse in relation to the situation or because of the time constraints in which "we simply cannot deal with it now." Suppression is a useful psychological mechanism that allows us to concentrate on our tasks, without interfering with any impulse that arises and without acting on those impulses. We acknowledge impulses and accept their presence and the fact that they could reappear, to then reconcile or suppress.

REPRESSION is similar to repression in that a thought or feeling or emotion is not expressed - but in repression we deny that an element exists at all. The repressed element could enter our consciousness and then be rejected, or banned / blocked, as it is judged to potentially impair our psychological stability or our self-image. Obviously, both stability and self-confidence are illusory, as they are based on rejecting the reality of our own thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Although repression is generally considered a destructive act, it is rightly called a “defense mechanism” because it defends us from psychological material, which could be dangerous if we do not have ego strength or psychological skills to manage certain ego challenges. As long as the repressed material is in the shadows, it is projected onto people and situations. Repression distorts not only our observations and perceptions at this time, but also our memories of the past and our expectations for the future. .
